Meet Our Founder
Joshua L. Dorris founded Ironclad Claims Solutions to provide vehicle owners with an expert, data-driven partner in the appraisal and claims process. With a unique combination of formal business education and over a decade of hands-on experience in the collision industry, Josh built a reputation as an expert damage and value analyst.
Before founding his own consultancy, he spent seven years as a damage analyst and OEM manufacturer researcher at a dealership-certified body shop, where he crafted repair plans to meet stringent manufacturer standards. He approaches every vehicle without bias, using only the recommended operations and procedures from the manufacturer to make his evaluations.
As a qualified expert witness, Joshua has provided testimony in numerous depositions and trials in county, district, and federal courts. He is also a sought-after speaker, chosen to educate legal and industry professionals on diminished value, the appraisal clause, and consumer rights at events for SEMA, the Tulsa Bar Association, and the Oklahoma Auto Body Association.
